File Submission Agreement
- Accepted file types: .png, .tiff, .eps, and .ai
- All artwork must be in RGB or CMYK color mode. Files using Index, Pantone, or Greyscale will not print correctly.
- No Pantone Colors: Convert all Pantones to CMYK or RGB for accurate output. We do not reprint due to color mismatches.
- No Color Matching: We print files exactly as submitted.
- No Backgrounds Required: White ink is automatically applied. If your design includes a background, choose “Remove White” or “Remove Black Background” during upload and pay the small art fee.
- Turnaround Time: Standard production is 2–3 business days. Add “Rush Service” at checkout to prioritize your order.
- Copyright & Ownership: By uploading artwork, you confirm you own the rights to the design and agree to indemnify Five Star DTF / Cybertech Designs, LLC from any copyright claims.
