Artwork Requirements (Read Before Uploading)
Accepted File Types
- PNG (recommended)
- AI / EPS (vector)
- PSD
- SVG
- High-resolution JPG (only if clean)
Resolution & DPI Requirements
- 300 DPI recommended for best print quality
- Lower DPI will print blurry or pixelated
- For stickers, tumblers, and detailed prints — 300 DPI is required
Artwork Size
- Upload your design at the exact size you want printed
- Large prints (10″+) should be at least 3000px on the longest side
- Gang sheets: make your canvas size match the sheet size
Transparent Background Required
- Use a transparent PNG — no white boxes
- If you can’t remove the background, we can do it for you
Color Mode
- Use RGB for artwork (prints brighter)
- CMYK files are accepted — we convert automatically
Bleed, Borders & Edges
- Add extra bleed for full-edge graphics
- Thin outlines may not print clean — thicken 2–3px
- Avoid fuzzy edges or low-res screenshots
What We Cannot Fix Automatically
- Blurry or pixelated images
- Low-resolution screenshots from phones
- Watermarked images
- Images saved from social media (Facebook/Instagram compresses them)
