Return & Refund Policy

Five Star DTF creates custom printed products made specifically from customer-supplied artwork. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Custom Printed Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer errors, incorrect sizing, artwork issues, color expectations, spelling mistakes, quantity mistakes, or changes of mind after an order has entered production.

Please carefully review your artwork, size, quantity, and order details before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact Five Star DTF within 7 days of delivery or local pickup.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

If we determine that the issue was caused by a Five Star DTF production error, we may provide a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, print-ready artwork. Five Star DTF is not responsible for problems caused by low-resolution files, incorrect colors, spelling errors, sizing mistakes, transparency issues, or other problems contained in customer-supplied artwork.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Issues

If an order is damaged during shipping or there is a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the packaging and damaged products may be required to process a claim.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
